Success Bonuses & Membership Upgrades

How to Qualify:

Distributors and above who are Qualified Distributors are eligible to earn Success Bonuses.  Success Bonuses are paid to the Original Sponsor for personally sponsoring Preferred Members and Qualified Distributors.

• Earn a $25 Success Bonus—every time you Sponsor 3 Preferred Members, with product purchase, within three rolling months.

• Earn a $50 Success Bonus—every time you sponsor a Qualified Distributor who purchases one or more Success Packs within their first full month as a Distributor.

• Earn an extra $150 Success Bonus every time you Sponsor 3 New Qualified Distributors who each purchase one or more Success Packs within their first full month as a Distributor.  The three new Qualified Distributors must be sponsored within three rolling months.  (Because bonuses are paid on the purchase of products, neither the $50 Success Bonus nor the extra $150 Success Bonus will be paid on those who become Qualified Distributors by paying the $150 Qualified Distributor Fee.)

A Preferred Member is a Member who joins after August 9, 2017 and places a $150 order on AutoShip within their first full calendar month.

A Qualified Distributor is a Distributor who joins with a $49.95 New Distributor Welcome Kit and purchases one or more Success Packs within their first full calendar month. Alternatively, you can unlock Qualified Distributor Benefits by joining with the purchase of a New Distributor Kit and paying a $150 Qualified Distributor Fee.

Three Rolling Months:

Three rolling months for the Preferred Member Success Bonus begin the date the first Preferred Member you sponsor ships their first AutoShip order.  The three rolling months for the Qualified Distributor Success Bonus begins the date the first Qualified Distributor is sponsored.  If you don’t complete all three in three full calendar months your three rolling months are adjusted based on the date of the newest person sponsored.

Example 1: You sponsor a Preferred Member and their AutoShip order ships on August 10, 2017. You have three full months to sponsor two more Preferred Members so you must complete them by November 30, 2017.  You sponsor a second Preferred Member and their AutoShip order ships on September 20, 2017, but you don’t sponsor a third Preferred Member before November 30, 2017. While the first person you sponsored no longer counts as one of your three Preferred Members, the second person you sponsored does.  Your new rolling three months starts September 20, 2017 and you have until December 31, 2017 to earn your bonus.

Example 2: You sponsor a Qualified Distributor on August 15, 2017 and earn a $50 Success Bonus. You have three months to sponsor two more Qualified Distributors to earn the extra $150 Success Bonus and must complete them by November 30, 2017. You sponsor three more Qualified Distributors on August 20, 2017 at an event and receive a $50 Success Bonus for each (a total of $200 for 4 new Qualified Distributors).  On top of this you qualified for the extra $150 Success Bonus because you sponsored three new Qualified Distributors within three months.  The fourth person you sponsored now counts as your first new Qualified Distributor, so you have three full months from August 20, 2017 to sponsor two additional Qualified Distributors to earn another extra $150 Success Bonus. 

Success Bonus Payments:

Success Bonuses are paid daily on regular business days. Distributor Success Bonuses are paid the next business day as long as a Qualified Distributor joins by 4:00 pm (PST). Preferred Member Success Bonuses are paid after all three Preferred Members AutoShip shipments have shipped.

Shaklee generally pays bonuses monthly, however Success Bonuses are paid daily, on regular business days, when you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are registered for direct deposit of your bonuses

• You are registered for online bonus statements

• You have an email address on file with Shaklee

Who can earn:

To be eligible to earn Success Bonuses, the Original Sponsor must hold the title of Distributor or higher and must be a Qualified Distributor (by purchasing a Success Pack or by paying the $150 Qualified Distributor Fee). In the event that the Original Sponsor is not eligible to be paid, the Success Bonus will be paid monthly to the Original Sponsor of the Original Sponsor if they meet the requirements (or to the Original Sponsor of the Original Sponsor of the Original Sponsor and so forth until an Original Sponsor is reached who meets the requirements).  If this is the case, the bonus will be monthly, instead of daily on regular business days.

The Original Sponsor is the first sponsor of a Shaklee Family Member. In the event of a change in sponsor due to Unjust Enrichment, Survivorship, a Purchase/Sale Transaction, or formation of a Combined Distributorship, Shaklee will also change the Original Sponsor of the affected Shaklee Family Members if the former sponsor was also the Original Sponsor.  Shaklee reserves the right to review and adjust the Original Sponsor of affected Shaklee Family Members in the case of a reorganization, divorce, dissolution of a Combined Distributorship, resignation, or termination.

Do Upgrades Count for the Success Bonus Program?:

Member Upgrades:

If a new Member joined after August 9, 2017 and did not become a Preferred Member in their first full month, they are still eligible to become a Preferred Member.  However, they no longer count toward the Success Bonus Program.

If a Member joined between July 1, 2017 and August 9, 2017, they are eligible to become a Preferred Member when they place an Autoship order of $150 or more, by August 31, 2017. They will not count toward the Success Bonus Program.

A Member who joined prior to July 1, 2017 is not eligible to become a Preferred Member, and they will not count toward the Success Bonus Program unless they want to share Shaklee with others and upgrade to a Qualified Distributor.

Distributor Upgrades:

A Success Bonus will be paid for any new Qualified Distributor who joins after August 10, 2017 on their purchase of one or more Success Packs. They must join with a $49.95 New Distributor Welcome Kit and purchase one or more Success Packs within their first full calendar month.

If a Member or Preferred Member upgrades to a Qualified Distributor (with the purchase of a Success Pack), the Original Sponsor will receive a $50 Success Bonus on their purchase of a Success Pack, and the Qualified Distributor counts toward the extra $150 Success Bonus.

If a Distributor upgrades to a Qualified Distributor after their first full month as a Distributor, no Success Bonus will be paid.
